Is poetry knowing how to draw?

I guess the answer is yes. You can create an image just by drawing well. A drawing can contain a beauty that completes a sensation, but probably, even behind these cases, there is information that implicitly indicates beauty, sensuality, harmony, balance...

But I'm missing something. It's not what I'm looking for. There are countless beautiful drawings that don't tell me anything. I admire her beauty, her technique, but it's not the poetry I'm looking for.
