The magician Abracabrí Abracabrá

Very happy after seeing how Abracabí has turned out. It’s a book that started from a text by my father that is often told in the bookstore. I think the text is very good and after watching my parents tell it, I was surprised at how funny it is. So I’ve tried to bring that fun to images by relying on vivid colors, simple shapes, and focusing on situations. Developing reactions and making the characters very expressive.
After a lot of brainstorming with whether digital or painting, in this case, again, I opted for painting.
Being large shapes with simple colors, the materials would help me to add noise and richness of hues.
